  • Can I lease an apartment with PPG if I'm an International Student?

    We welcome all prospective residents who meet our leasing qualifications, including international students. Please feel free to reach out to us for details about the application process or any specific requirements you may need to fulfill. We look forward to assisting you! 

  • What documents do I need to provide in order to sign my lease?

    We simply require a form of identification. For international students, this is typically a passport number or VISA information. 

  • Do I still need a co-signer to qualify?

    Yes. If you would like to qualify using a guarantor, your guarantor must be a U.S. citizen and meet Peak Property Group’s standard income and credit requirements.

  • Do I have to purchase furniture for my unit?

  • How can I take a tour of PPG Properties if I'm not in Ohio?

    Peak Property Group offers a variety of tour options to suit your needs. If you’re unable to visit in person, we provide FaceTime and virtual tours for a personalized experience. Additionally, we can offer detailed pre-recorded video tours if you prefer a more flexible option. 

  • When should I sign my lease as an International Student?

    Homes at Peak Property Group lease up very quickly, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible to ensure availability!
