  • Who is Eligible to Rent with Peak Property Group?

    We welcome all prospective residents who meet our leasing qualifications.

  • Is there a Security Deposit Required?

    All homes/apartments have a security deposit equal to 1 month's rent.

  • What is the Administrative Fee?

    For conventional properties our administrative fee is $100. For student properties our administrative fee is $50 per leaseholder.

  • What is the Income Requirement?

    You must earn a monthly gross income equal to or greater than three (3) times the monthly rent and must have qualifying credit history to be accepted without a co-signer.

  • What Payment is Required upon Move-In?

    On or before your move in day, you should plan to pay your first payment/ installment including first month's rent and all additional required fees. The payment must be paid in full to pick up keys. 

  • What is the Pet Fee & Deposit?

    There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet and monthly pet rent of $35 per month.

  • Which Utility Companies will Need Set Up?

    Utility providers vary based on the property and it's location. Providers utilized for electricity are Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP), AEP, City of Columbus. Water: Nationwide Energy Partners and Guardian Water and Power. 

  • What is the Pet Policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! There is a limit of 2 pets per household, and a weight limit of 50 lbs. each. Please inquire for additional information on breed restrictions.

  • Are Guarantors Accepted?

    Guarantors are accepted for applicants who do not meet the rent-to-income ratio or credit requirements. 

  • What is the Cost of the Waiver Program?

    If you opt to utilize our waiver program, it costs $15 monthly.

  • What is the Cost of the Rentistry Credit Builder?

    The rentistry credit builder costs $8 monthly.

  • Do we offer Furnished Apartments?
